Q: What do you offer online resellers don't?
A: We like to ask what you think online resellers are offering? Are they there when you need to ask a question... after the sale? Rather than get into a huge debate, we're here to provide our clients with the best possible overall Apple computer related experience. Give the local guys a chance. You might be surprised.
Q: My computer has problems. Can I call you to get some help?
A: It depends. We do offer remote support. However in most cases, it's best that you bring your computer in or schedule us to come onsite. Please contact us to schedule onsite or remote services. Or simply bring your computer in during regular business hours.
Q: I've found it difficult to contact your store via phone. Does anyone answer the phone?
A: Like many companies, we've found it necessary to implement an automated phone system. We've found that many calls are for requesting free tech support. We do offer scheduled phone/remote support. We do return calls when a message is left. Please visit our services page for information on support.
Q: I can purchase Apple hardware online much cheaper than I can get it from you. Why should I purchase from you?
A: Can you? Is the place you are purchasing Authorized to sell Apple products? Do you care about your after the sale experience? Often, what may seem cheaper online, is not really a great deal. Recently we've noticed some pretty devious ads online. Buyer beware! And as previously stated, we're not a "discount warehouse." We operate a business that you can actually walk in to. It may be our point of view, but wouldn't you like to establish a relationship with the place your shop? We realize in this age of internet everything, a "one stop" shopping experience may have been forgotten or overlooked. Give us a try. We think on an ongoing basis, we'll provide the service you want.. and that's priceless!
Q: Do you perform Apple warranty service on Apple computers?
A: YES! Just bring your computer in and we'd be happy to take care of it for you.
Q: Do you repair laptop screens?
A: YES! While prices vary, we believe you'll find our laptop screen replacements very reasonable.
Q: I got a killer deal on some upgrades for my computer online. Can I bring those to you to have them installed in my computer?
A: We're very happy for you. However we do not offer that type of service. We only install parts and components that we supply.
Q: I came in once and thought the person I talked to was a little surly. Is that how everyone is there?
A: Not at all! You know we talk to a lot of people and answer a lot of questions about Macs. If our passion for what we do comes across too strong, it's only because we want to make sure you get the best solution for your needs. Our worst situation is when someone comes in and asks us how to resolve issues with something they purchased elsewhere... we wish we were able to offer our advice to start with.
Q: How can I get the best deal at Create More?
A: Now that's what we're talkin' about! Great question! Our goal is to provide both value and service. It's important that you crave value and service to start with. If that's what you want, Create More is the place to shop! And here are some other tips to maximize your value:
- When you ask us a question, pay close attention to the answer. Most of the time we'll offer up an answer and a few questions to fine tune things and make sure we get it right.
- Buy MORE! We don't say that to sell you more, we say that to give you more. Too often customers come in and want to buy one item from us and a related item somewhere else.. trying to save pennies. Let us be your one stop for all your Mac related gear. The more you from us, the more you save!
- Consider that while we want your business today, we REALLY want your business tomorrow. We're thinking long term. We hope you are too.
- Sign up for our newsletter and attend our events. Rather than have sales, we like to offer everyday value. And when we can get special incentives and deals, we offer those to our best clients and at events we sponsor.
